Cannot Return, Razer Return Page Don't Recognize My Order ID | Razer Insider

I want to initiate a return of an order I've recently placed on the razer store site. However, when I got to the return and refund page and keyed in my order number and email, it said that 'we don't seem to recognize the order number and email'. I'm 100% sure that the information is correct. And there seems to be no where else to start the return, neither by emailing customer support (it seems that they don't support emailing) nor calling (the phone number provided is only for technical support). I'd be extremely glad if anyone could help with this.
