Trying to start a return on the hyper polling dongle I ordered as I do not need it (didn't realize the Viper V3 Pro came with it). Whenever I enter my order number and email it says it cannot find any orders matching that (have tried the CA and US site). I cannot find anyway to contact someone via chat or phone # other than a phone # for headquarters out in Cali and a phone # for warranty service in North America (found them by googling). I am in Canada. The order is still on its way here, does their system not allow us to start returns until it's in delivered status?
