cannot update firmware for dongle on my viper v3 pro

hello, ive been trying to update my wireless dongle to the latest firmware, and it keeps failing for some reason. im able to update the mouse alone, but not the dongle. please help

    What’s the error message? Please send me the link to the firmware updater via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
