cant connect to Hyperpolling dongle

Hey i ordered the Viper V3 Pro wireless and the hyperpolling dongle too. I tried many options from like youtube that had the same issue with connecting to it, but it cant find my mice. Please help me or i need to refund the hyperpolling dongle
