Cant Find serial number on razer chair tarok

Hello, im new in forum, im trying to register this chair tarok by zen (cant find the serial number). I purchased this used on wallapop spain. And peopple dont have it the box and they never registd the chair. 

I will upload my purshase history image on wallapop:
   - Say 1 purchase is cancelled bcs the person cant send the chair.

   - The second is the succefull purchase in person.
