hello razer team  I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation .

Are you sure its fake???
I got this new andd they gaurantied its not fake
But still i got the error
isnt there any other way to make sure about that???
