Cant register my Blackshark v2 X

Hello, I am from Turkey, I bought Razer blackshark v2 X headphones on the Hepsiburada. Inside the box I did not find the activation code 7.1. What can I do in this case? I registered my product but i get an error that says to me ''this product previously saved'' and i cant do anything about it. It was brand new and i opened the box in first place but i cant register my product. If I cant register it i will refund. Need help asap.Please help me 😕

There’s a high chance that you have a counterfeit headset but I’ll double-check it. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
