There are many people here with the same problem but no solution was provided.
I have a Razer Kiyo Pro, I decided to update the firmware. I downloaded the update program from the Razer website. Result - the firmware update button is not active. I checked from the computer and from the laptop. Before the update, I disabled all programs that could use the camera, including Synapse.
When I try to write to support on the Razer website, I am asked to enter the product serial number. And after entering the number, they write to me that “the warranty has expired.”
This is a service for a premium camera? Absolutely unacceptable.
