hi, i have a 2020 year model razer blade 15 base model RZ09-03286E22-R3U1 i cannot update the bios, says its not compatible please advise. This is the update im trying to run https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2652/kw/RZ09-03286E22-R3U1
then when trying to update the bios the updater says (this firmware tool is for use only with blade and compatible system)

thats the model number, not a serial number.
Please send me the serial number of the laptop. I can use that to verify the updater compatibility and give you the correct link if necessary. You will also want to check if the SKU and the serial number are intact in the BIOS.
