Hi,
For few weeks strange problem arrived with my caps lock key :
when caps lock is turned off and i pess capslock key then capslock function working as supposed to work, everything fine… BUT if I want to disable caps lock then pressing the key do nothing. nothing happened. The only way to turn off capslock is press left or right SHIFT KEY.
Why this happening? in razser synapse conifg is set to default .
How to repair this?

I’d test it on another PC without Synapse installed with the cleanest Windows as possible - because some external app can “lock” the capslock to be turned off.

You were right, on another computer its ok. So… software problem. I suspect windows but not sure...
It’s a windows setting.
Go to Settings>Time & language>Typing>Advanced keyboard settings
Press “Input language hot keys”
You should be in the window “Text Services and Input Languages” on the tab “Advanced Key Settings” now.
Set “To turn off Caps Lock” to “Press the CAPS LOCK Key”
Hi Razer support, Im having problem with my razer ORNATA V3, The problem is i can’t press my capslock key with multiple other key. It can combine with 1 key only. I use my capslock key as like a shift key in games. Is there anyways i can make my capslock key allowing multiple key to be press??
