I bought 4 razer gold gift cards from walmart, but when scratching them off, ALL 4 OF THE GIFT CARDS were missing the last 5 digits. it’s clearly a manufacturing issue. i bought 2 gift cards on saturday, march 23 and 2 yesterday, march 24. i originally thought it was human error but clearly not. I emailed support, but this is a birthday gift and i haven’t heard back yet. It’s been 2 days. If anybody could help me, update me on the status of my ticket, or anything that would be wonderful. all relevant info is attached. thanks!
