My razer viper ran out of charge, started charging it rn and it appears on the software the charge is 0% 24/7, even if it could really be like 60% since it's been charging so long, its a visual bug. Any solutions?

Does the mouse still gets detected in the Device Manager? For now, please clean reinstall your Synapse by following the steps from this link. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look for other solutions. I'll lock this thread now.
