Hello, I recently purchased new Razer Kraken Pro V2 headphones. I decided to check the headphones for originality, entered the serial number (the one under the left ear cup, under the ear pad)
In a nutshell, it told me that this serial number is not in your database.
I want to somehow verify the authenticity of the product, I think that some kind of error occurred, I am waiting for your answer.
