Choppy audio on Razer Blackshark V2 after upgrading to Windows 11

Ever since upgrading my laptop to Windows 11, I have been getting choppy audio and audio dropouts when using my Razer Blackshark V2 headset. It is not an issue with the headset because it works fine on my desktop computer. Changing USB ports does not resolve the issue. I have tried re-installing Razer Synapse, disabling Synapse, disabling THX Spatial Audio, and re-installing drivers through Device Manager, all to no avail. I am no longer able to roll back to Windows 10 because too much time has passed since when I upgraded my laptop. If anyone has advice on how to fix this issue I would appreciate it.
