Chroma Connect isn't Detecting my Keyboard/Games

One of the selling points of picking up a Blackwidow Pro V3 was the feature that it's RGB lighting could connect to games I'm playing and theme itself to the game. It worked for a while until a while ago when I noticed Synapse was not detecting my keyboard anymore. Once that issue was fixed I noticed that the RGB lighting was not working with the games. (Just to clarify these games were all games the lighting was compatible with, these aren't just random games not on the compatibility list.) After a bit of snooping through my Synapse, I found that under 'Connect' no apps or games were detected and neither was the keyboard, which I ensure was on the list of compatible peripherals. I've tried the following solutions to attempt to fix the issue to no avail: - Updating Synapse and Restarting my PC - Repairing Synapse and Restarting my PC - Uninstalling and Reinstalling Synapse - Unplugging and turning off my keyboard - Removing the keyboard from the PC devices and reinstalling its drivers If anyone has any suggestions on what could be done to help, I would highly appreciate it. I find it really weird that in general Synapse can detect the keyboard, but the Chroma can't.

Have you tried updating your operating system and Intel drivers? Please install and run the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0.

I attempted that, but it didn't seem to work. Are there prior steps I need to take before my Chroma Connect works or should it work right out of the gate?

I'm going to close this thread because I somehow got it to work again? Maybe its the game themselves that lost compatibility or something, which is odd.

Oh! Thanks for the update. I am glad that the application synced again to the Razer Synapse 3.0. You may send me a ping or kick-start a support ticket through this link should you need additional assistance. *Thread is now locked.
