Chroma Connect Issue

Installed the lastest update to Synapse 3, but then it had disabled Chroma Connect. When I re-enabled it, no games were listed as it previously was not a problem.

Any clue on what is going on here?

Fixed it! Chose the repair option, reinstalled it and restarted. Also synced my stuff beforehand and now everything is good!

Hi and thanks for the reply!

Before I do a clean reinstall of Synapse 3 (because deleting the content of that folder did not work) is there a way to backup my setups as I do not fancy setting everything up again 🙂

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried clearing the files inside this path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restarted Razer Synapse 3? Should the issue persists, please clean reinstall Razer Synapse 3 and see if it helps.
