Installed the lastest update to Synapse 3, but then it had disabled Chroma Connect. When I re-enabled it, no games were listed as it previously was not a problem.
Any clue on what is going on here?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried clearing the files inside this path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restarted Razer Synapse 3? Should the issue persists, please clean reinstall Razer Synapse 3 and see if it helps.

Before I do a clean reinstall of Synapse 3 (because deleting the content of that folder did not work) is there a way to backup my setups as I do not fancy setting everything up again

Fixed it! Chose the repair option, reinstalled it and restarted. Also synced my stuff beforehand and now everything is good!
