i have performed a clean install of synapse 3 and Chroma connect but it can't detect any of my games (Genshin Impact and Tomb Raider) any help would be much appreciated.
System config: Windows 11
Connected devices:
Blackwidow v3
kraken v3 x

Sorry, I was just double checking. It happened to me once, that my visualizer is on and then runs the Chrome Connect games. It kind of crashed, only one of them that is work for some reason either the visualizer or the connect.
What I would try is to clean re-install first to confirm that it is a Synapse issue or some 3rd party app that cant run together with your pc. For example, if you run multiple SDK on your PC, it might anotheer issue that can happenw

If you happen to clean re install and still have the same issue that mean theres some other apps that run SDK on your PC that have taken priority over Chroma SDK.

Yes i performed a clean install twice today, the thing is there is no game listed in choma connect only chrona visiualizer (see bellow screen)
I have tested and try few troubleshooting myself, and it is a fix that Synapse is not detecting the GAME itself for some reason. As @No_Bo_dy said, he tried Tomb Raiders as well with the same result. Who knows,there might be more games that are not detected by Synapse after the last update

- Clean ReInstallation Razer Synapse
- Updating Latest Version Windows 11 (my case) and Razer Synapse
- Forcing Razer SDK to run as High Priority
- using safe mode
- Reinstall the game
- And last thing is to reinstall the windows
