Chroma Connect not working

I hope someone sees this and is able to help. I have razer synapse 3 and chroma connect on but for some reason it says I have no games for the chroma connect and wont allow me to connect overwatch to it to change the lighting with connect. Basically chroma connect is not detecting any of my games. Any help would be appreciated.
