Chroma Connect not working with razer huntsman elite

I have already exchanged this keyboard for a new one after talking to Razer support and that did not fix the problem same exact thing is happening. When I load up apex legends it is supposed to take control of my leds on my mouse and keyboard and that has always worked fine with my ornata but no matter what I do I cannot seem to make it work with this keyboard. Firmware is up to date and I have uninstalled synapse and reinstalled twice. Also forgot to mention mouse works as it should no problems just the leds on the keyboard freeze and do nothing.

+1 same here but for Overwatch, I did a clean reinstall as per the Razer guide here and still nothing. Can we get some help here?

I actually ended up fixing my problem by doing an entire reset of my C drive and reinstalling windows

ugh i definitely do not want to do that to get some colors. is there no alternative on the razer side?
