hey, i dont know if anyone had the same issue, but my keyboard doesnt sync with chroma connect on genshin impact, even thought every looks fine. i have done everything this video of razer support showed and still no effect.

Please download the Razer Driver Cleanup tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, uninstall the Razer Synapse 3.0, restart your PC, then reinstall the application. Let me know how it goes.
