Chroma lights keep going off

My lights for my keyboard and mouse keep going off. The only way I found to fix it is to go into task manager and quit every razer synapse process and re launch it. Keyboard: Huntsman Mouse: Mamba TE OS: Windows 10

    My Cynosa isn't connecting for 3 days now. Ive tried to update Synapse but nothing happens. Changed USB and still cant recognise it, good thing is that in Apex Legends its still working. Any suggestions?
