Chroma Visualizer

I own a Razer Huntsman Elite and have been trying to get my chroma visualizer to show up in the connect tab of razer synapse. When i try and go directly to the Visualizer tab it tell me "you must first enable audio visualizer from chroma apps list to use this application" . when i click the manage chroma apps it brings me to the connect tab but i have no chroma visualizor to enable/disable.
