Chroma Visualizer in Synapse Not Working Anymore

Hi there, My Chroma Visualizer had suddenly stopped working. Even when the preview is on it just shows all black. My devices:
  • blackwidow chroma
  • basilisk ultimate
  • firefly v2
  • base station chroma
Everything was working perfectly fine until a few days ago I have tried:
  • Unplugging all devices and replugging them into different ports
  • Uninstalling Synapse and reinstalling
  • Uninstall Chroma Visualizer within Synapse and reinstalling
The odd thing is that when I uninstall Chroma Visualizer within Synapse - I can use the separate Audio Visualizer program The other odd thing is that when I connect my devices to my laptop, the Chroma Visualizer works on there so I don't really know what to do and looking for any help Both versions of Synapse on PC and Laptop are the same version. Thanks

    Just noticed that for some reason, the Chroma Visualizer only works when I change the playback device to my headphones. Is there a way to fix so that the visualizer just work whether I am using speakers or headphones? I did try to pick the speakers on the visualizer, but it does nothing. The visualizer will only work when I change the playback device in Windows to my headphones Thanks again
