I need help. I ordered a razor laptop not long ago its was expected to arrive on the 9th but It has now been stuck in a “Clearence Delay”, I can see that this is a common problem and its truly embarssing for a such a big, “Reputable” company to have this happen often and have zero customer support to contact about this. No live chat, no email, no nothing. I spent 3 thousand dollars on a laptop for this to happen and its truly painful. Please tell me how I can contact them or if someone has had a similar problem and if it was resolved. Please.
