Hey freshAzurecove391,
I understand your concern regarding the right mouse click sitting 1mm higher than the left on your Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed. While the mouse may be functioning properly, physical discrepancies can sometimes signal potential issues. Allow me to ask a few details to better assess the issue.
- When did you first notice it?
- Was it already like that out of the box? Or did it appear after some use?
- Were there any incidents before this happened? Such as a drop, bump, or pressure applied to the mouse?
- Does the right click feel any different from the left in terms of click feel, sound, or movement?
Please send me a PM me with the mouse’s serial number and a copy of the store invoice. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could send me a short video showing the issue and upload the shareable file to Google Drive for our team visibility. Thank you!
