Click Pro Mouse Long Wake Up Time

Hi! I just started using the Razer Pro Click and I've noticed that sometimes the mouse will take an excessively long time to wake up after non-use or from waking the PC. Sometimes I wait for 2 or 3 mins then unplug and replug the 2.4ghz usb. The mouse wakes up at that point, but I shouldn't need to take that step. I've checked for firmware updates and it says I'm up to date. Is this an issue I should start with the warranty team or am I just missing something that would fix this?

    It will also occasionally disconnect mid use. I'm reminded me because it literally just disconnected after I posted this well before the sleep time should have kicked in. Please help! I want to love this mouse but its quite frustrating.
