Clicking noise passively from Razer Nari headset

Hello! I have noticed an odd clicking sound -- sort of like a distant helicopter -- coming from my Razer Nari headsets microphone. The mic quality isn't top tier in it of itself, but through messing with settings I got it decent, but I cannot for the life of me get rid of this noise. In the attached video clips you can see examples of it both when I am talking and when I am not. Has anyone else experienced this? Advice? EDIT: Further messing with it reveals that muting the microphone does jack. I can still hear myself when the mic is supposedly muted! WTF Razer? EDIT 2: Listening to the clips again, keeping my microphone muted actually sounds better than normal audio? What the hell?
