CMOS battery change for Razer Blade Base Model 2019

I need to replace the battery for CMOS which in itself is easy. But I can't find the exact battery anywhere. It says LIXING 0.3 ML1220 3.0V. I can find a 0.12 ML1220 3.0V. But will that work? Does anyone have experience with this?
