I bought a mouse 3 months ago, today a message popped up that it has a low battery, although the application said 82%, it started to turn off for a second (there is a docking station), connected via wire, everything is fine. Could it be that the battery is not working?

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
