Cobra Pro doenst show up in bluetooth

So, i bought recently a razer cobra pro.

At first, after unboxing it was working normally with wireless connection and with the cable, then i disconnect from the pc to connect to my macbook

after that, when i tried to connect back to the pc, it doesnt show up in bluetooth list and neither can reconnect in the macbook again., now i can only use with the cable, the doggle 2.4 not working either. please help!

    Hey, @DrewTheGuy!

     

    Have you tried it on a Windows PC? You can also update its firmware. If the same problem occurs then you can send me a message via PM along with your Razer Cobra Pro’s serial number so I can check my resources for a possible fix.
