Good evening.How are you?I'm trying to register my product to get the code to activate 7.1 Surround Sound, but it says it's already registered. Since the product is new, is there a solution?

I’m understand you’re running into trouble registering your headset for 7.1 Surround Sound. Even if the product is new, this message can sometimes appear if the serial number has already been used or linked to another account. I’d like to check this for you. Please send me a PM with the device serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase that shows the store or reseller name so I can check this for you. Thank you!
