Code not working.

Hello, I purchased a razer kraken headset, and when i tried to use my code to have access to the thx spatial sound it did not work, it said that code is incorrect or unavailable something like that. What can I do ?

    Which application are you trying to input the code from? Also, please send me a screenshot showing the issue via PM. Upload it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
