I bought a Razer Kraken X Lite headset but I can't use the 7.1 sound system because the activation code is wrong. Can you help me? I would be happy if you send me a new code.

I think you have entered it on a different software. This is just a quick fix. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
