It appears that the Razer Kiyo webcam has compatibility issues with a desktop setup for Zoom meetings. Despite being properly connected, the webcam is not recognized by the system, which prevents one from adjusting any settings or accessing a live video feed and audio. The only functionality one can experienced is the display of an avatar instead of an actual live feed video, rendering the device ineffective for Zoom meetings. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including checking USB ports, updating drivers, and ensuring all system updates are installed. Unfortunately, none of these efforts resolved the issue. As a result, I cannot utilize the webcam for its intended purpose...
