Hello I'm having a problem lately with my Kraken Chroma headset turning itself off or dropping the sound during a voice call. I've tried different USB ports and the issue seems the same. I have the latest version of Synapse, and my headset is recognised on the software, however when I look at the device manager on my (Win 10 64) pc it says Conexant USB Audio device. I've removed that device hoping that synapse will install the correct drivers when I plug the headset back in, but it remains Conexant. I've also updated my OS as I've read it's always wise to update everything as a first step.
I used the feedback option on Synapse and submitted the log there, but I don't know if I would be given a response via that medium so made a thread here.
What should I try next, please?

Give this a try:
1.Uninstall the Conexant USB Audio driver and Synapse
2.Run Windows Updater
3.Reinstall Synapse
If the problem persists, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can look into possible firmware fixes.
