Conflict with Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed and Logitech MK345

I recently got these two, but I noticed a big issue with the keyboard. When I first plugged the Razer USB in, the Keyboard completely stopped working, and only resumed after a computer restart. Later on I noticed that the Keyboard would gradually slow down until ~3hr of PC runtime, where it would seize working all together. When I remove the Razer USB, this all goes away. I checked my drivers, and saw that there are 2 drivers associated with the mouse, but they keep reinstalling when the USB is in. Is there a way to prevent the Mouse from messing with my Keyboard? I can't find any information on this online.
