My razer blackshark v2 pro xbox were working just fine a couple of days ago and we’re perfectly fine. Yesterday it just stopped working and no longer connects to my xbox. If I put it in pairing mode and it connects to my phone and works fine. No matter what I try they just won’t connect to my Xbox anymore. When I try to contact razer support it never lets me chat with them it just continuously loads.

I'm here to help. I understand that your Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has stopped connecting to your Xbox. Have you tried restarting both your Xbox and headset to reset any temporary glitches? Did you recently update the firmware on your headset or Xbox? Please try removing the headset from the Xbox's device list and pair it again. If the problem persists, please PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for workarounds.
