New update broke the charging dock. When i plug usb dongle directly to my pc mouse works fine on the software and hardware side. But once i plug charging dock to usb port, its bugging the mouse and the software. It shows battery percentage at 0% and i can’t click on any device on software. Charging dock won’t charge the mouse too. Tried reinstalling the software multiple times but no luck.

Having the exact same issue. Really frustrating, as I no longer have any way to tell if my mouse is running out of power as well.

I have the same issue after last update, its so frustrating :(

Hello, guys! I just wanted to add that I’m experiencing the same issues. Tried completely uninstalling Razer Synapse and reinstalling, but to no avail.

I confirm. Same problem with synapse on Viper Ultimate

Same problem with basilisk ultimate and the mouse mat suffer too .The reactive efect does not apply to them. Also uninstall and reinstall does nothing

These people seem to release firmware updates without even reviewing them.

Grr!!! Same boat as all of you.

With all the issues I’ve had with the Basilisk v3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro, this may have just put me over the edge. Back to Corsair mice I go...

Same for me, the charging indicator went missing from dashboard. Inside the mouse page it is always showing 0%.

The profiles are not getting saved, all these are happening when using the Dock only, direct wired connection is fine though, the UPDATE is BROKEN!!

100% confirmed. Update Broke It.

We have to wait, because synapse has no rollback Feature to the previous Version…

For me its not.I can still use the mouse but no rgb no profiles noting in synapse with direct connection the wheel that rotates is stuck with the dock it’s the same

just used the Razer pairing utility and get things to work when the usb receiver is directly connected to the PC, not on the Dock.

Every time connected with Dock its not working.

Yep, me tooooo. Probably everyone. LOL

Exactly the same for my Basilisk V3 Pro on the latest update. When it decides to connect it shows 0% charge in Synapse and when I mount on Dock Pro it no longer blinks to indicate charging. I have no clue how much charge level I have + in Synapse dashboard it can sometimes show greyed out with a connection wheel indicator that never connects. The problem also exists if I unpair from Dock Pro and use the regular dongle..

I have tried repairing, re-installation, switching ports etc..

After the re-installation it was ok for 10 sec until the auto forced update of this latest version kicked in.

This mornings Synapse update also borked my Viper Ultimate.  Viper now has the Red battery showing 0 and Synapse also no longer controls the mouse.

My dock is still working with the dongle.  I did open a case with tech support and sent all appropriate log files.

Not being able to roll back to an earlier version is just bad design.

Does Tech Support look at these forums?

2 months later than you guys but just bought a Cobra and Wireless Mouse Dock Pro bundle and noticed after a day the mouse wasn’t loading at all.

Some searching around and realized that Razer kindly ships the Mouse Dock with a Firmware that was massively behind the most current version.  After updating the firmware on my mouse dock, it is now charging the Cobra Pro.

My current problem is that it all works fine if I plug dock directly into laptop but it does not work if I use my USB hub.  Read somewhere that Razer doesn’t support devices via USB hub… absurd since Laptops have such a limited number of USB ports!  What do they expect people to do with their USB Razer Headphones, Keyboards, Mouses, etc. and only two USB ports on the laptop?  My USB dock btw works just fine with everything else, external HDDs, charging phone, etc.
