Connecting to bluetooth audio causes permanent multimedia key lag and rgb malfunction till restart

Only way to fix the issues is to restart the computer. This happens inconsistently, but happened when bluetooth earphone (Galaxy buds Plus) was connected.

Note: Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system. Check the steps below: 1.
