Hey there! I just got my first Razer product today which is a Razer Blade 15 Base model with RTX 2070 Max Q graphics. I've been loving this laptop so far but there are two issues I want to fix, if anyone is free to help.



First, there is a wifi connection problem. It always says 'No internet' but is 'connected'. Then when I run diagnostics, the issue always gets resolved and the problem is always 'default gateway not available'. But after 10 mins, I get no wifi again and run the diagnostics for the second time. ONLY after this does the wifi stay there connected. BUT everytime I put the laptop to sleep or restart, I have to do the whole process again to fix this (run diagnostics twice).



Second issue is that the fans always turn on when I plug my laptop in. It gets very loud as well which means me working with the laptop plugged in is not possible. When I put the laptop to sleep and charge it, then there is no fan noise. I've fiddled with the synapse and adjusted fan settings to auto or manual but makes no difference I think.



Just in case this is helpful, I had no problems with the fans when being plugged in when I started setting up my laptop. By then, Synapse was not installed so maybe Synapse is the problem here? Not sure if wifi problem also didn't happen when I was setting up my laptop.
