Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC - causing playback issues. I have done all the troubleshoots I could've found:
- Deleted Synapse and re-installed it;
- Repaired Synapse;
- Downloaded and used the Dongle Recovery Tool;
- Downloaded and used the Ultimate Pairing Utility;
- Got the latest driver updates for the PC
My other USB ports work for anything else, and my headset works on another device as good as it possibly can. But on the main pc my headset keeps cutting out and refuses to work.
