Connection to my razer Raiju app on my phone no longer works

I ordered the razed Raiju tournament edition last week for PS4. For the first 4 days I had no problems connecting the controller to the phone app to change button layout/ stick tension. Now for the last three day, every time I try to connect, it says no controller found. Thanks Kyle

    Ensure that your Razer Raiju is on Bluetooth mode. For now, follow the steps in this guide to fix your controller. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. You can also use a USB-C connection to connect your controller to the mobile app. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
