’m having trouble connecting my Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed headset wirelessly. Although it in my PC’s audio settings, the LED on the headset does not show a solid green light. Additionally, there is no sound output from the headset.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
