I recently purchase this 2019 model and have been having consistent issues with the microphone and external microphones. 50% of the time, the microphone just shuts/shows disconnected off and does not connect to any of my voice chats.
This goes for ANY microphone except for one connected by USB. Bluetooth ones do not work well and the integrated one doesn't either. It's infuriating to deal with. I've gone through this: https://support.razer.com/articles/1524850191 and still the issue continues to come back at random.
Anyone have experience with this?
