Contact for Return in Canada

I am currently trying to return an item I ordered on 1 Sep and received on the 17th.
 

The ‘Returns’ part of the website tells me that my items are not available for return, which is against the ‘14 day after receiving the item’ policy.


I have contacted Razer Support on X and they said they would help after I sent them my order number and a screenshot of the error that website gives me. The help they offered was …
‘Please contact Support’ !!!!!!

Does anyone know how I can get hold of someone - live chat/email?
