My keyboard has been acting up and I want to get it serviced while I still have a warranty. I have been calling for two weeks and I get the same generic message, Razer "is experiencing a high number of calls, call back later".
I can not submit a ticket because I get "can not find your product" when I input the Serial Number.
I can not send an email cause the "I need help....." bar does not work to select anything.
I can not us the chat feature because the chat button doesn't work at all when I click on it to start a chat.
I have tried multiple browsers, and tried changing my privacy settings to see if it was anything on my end or perhaps a setting I changed, but nothing.
So far customer service has been annoying and impossible to reach.
I have used their products for years, this is definitely making me reconsider my investment.
If anyone has had similar issues or has been able to contact Razer, I would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks.
