Controller substitution request

Hello,  in july 2024 i bought a razer controller (type P5 AC PAD WOLVERINE V2PRO specifically) but it’s not functioning properly anymore because the R3 button broke. I went to many stores but in no case they were able to give me the same type of controller and i was told that, since they dont produce it anymore, i wouldnt be able to purchase another one. Therefore, having no one to turn to, i would like to request a substitution directly in your care, since there is a one-year warranty on it. Attached down here there is also the receipt. 

If the substitution of the same type of controller isnt possible, i would like to receive a coupon to still be able to buy another controller, even if its not the same type as the one i have now to still be able to play.
