Core V2 causes crashes and BSOD

PC: Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 16GB NP950XED

eGPU: Razer Core V2 with an ASUS 1060 6GB GPU. I recently disconnected one of the fans due to the noise bugging my wife, but this problem used to happen before I did that as well, and doesn't seem to be related necessarily to GPU load so I don't think it's necessarily related to overheating, but I could be wrong.

Essentially, every few hours I get a USB disconnect and reconnect sound. My connected displays and other peripherals disconnect and then reconnect. If I was in the middle of something that relied on the GPU, it crashes. Rarely, this disconnect causes the computer to freeze and go into a BSOD.

The problems have been exacerbated in recent months, where I get a BSOD reliably at least once a day. I stopped using the eGPU as a result now because I have workflows that can't be saved until submitted that are lost when this happens and I can't afford that.

Info on one such recent crash:

As instructed, here is the dmp file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/itccolytw8fqhpc/061424-48859-01.dmp/file

Here is an even viewer report from the recovery from such a BSOD:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffaa8a5ba46050, 0xfffff803c09cc408, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6fdd13fb-96d3-4fc3-8580-798dd1d153db.

Here is a reliability report from the same crash.
