Core X Chroma Issues

I have just bough a Core X Chroma and have a MSI RX 5700 XT for it. I know the graphics card is good as it was previously used in my desktop. When I try to install the Adrenaline software it comes up with an error saying Windows changed the driver? The device manager shows the card has an error and the properties window says Code 12. After the driver is installed if I leave the Core plugged in during boot up, right after login the Blade blue screens "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION" every time. The Blade is new but working fine. I have updated every driver as the machine is new. I have nothing plugged into the USB and am using the LAN from the Core. If I remove the Graphics card the Blue Screen stops.

The error message you are getting is rather difficult to troubleshoot. For now, send the System logs from Windows Event Viewer to me, along with the serial number of the laptop and the Core X Chroma. You can upload the files on GDrive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
